We are thrilled to share the exciting developments and accomplishments of the Inclusive Evolution 2023 project over the past few months. The project has been an important turning point for positive change and collaboration, fostering partnerships and promoting inclusivity on multiple fronts.
1.Partnership Building Event 2023: Ohrid, North Macedonia (September 16-17)
In September, the beautiful city of Ohrid, North Macedonia, played host to the Inclusive Evolution 2023 Partnership Building Event. This gathering was a remarkable gathering of potential and suitable partners from diverse backgrounds, including North Macedonia, Turkiye, Italy, Georgia, Slovenia, Netherlands, Portugal, Serbia, Croatia, Greece, Tunisia, Czech Republic, Lebanon, and other European and neighboring countries. Participants engaged in meaningful networking, fostering collaborations that transcend borders. The event aimed to inspire innovation, showcase successful partnerships, and encourage cross-sector collaborations. Participants left with a renewed commitment to inclusive evolution and a foundation for future collaborative projects.
We would like to list some of the event highlights that we think that were impactful and will bring growth and great development in the future:

Looking ahead, the success of the Partnership Building Event 2023 sets the stage for dynamic future collaborations. The connections created during this event make a solid foundation for ongoing partnerships that will drive sustained innovation, growth, and success.
2.Dissemination and Promotion Campaign: September-October
Following the success of the Partnership Building Event, the project moved forward on a Dissemination and Promotion Campaign and workshop, held between September and October. This initiative aimed to bring the outcomes of the InEvo-2023 project to a wider audience, focusing on non-formal learning, active participation, employability, and entrepreneurship.
The campaign targeted diverse groups, including youth and social workers, educators, students, and disabled and non-disabled youngsters.
By engaging with a diverse audience, including youth, educators, and persons with disabilities and without disabilities, we set the stage for a broader reach and deeper resonance within the community.
In our fast-changing world, learning new skills is more important than ever. It’s like having a set of powers that can help you succeed in different areas of life.
The agenda included registration, an introduction to the Inclusive Evolution 2023 project, a spotlight on the European Year of Skills 2023 (EYS), and Asociatia Babilon Travel’s contribution to the EYS. This showcased the Cluj-Napoca Cities of Learning platform and the Open Badges non-formal learning recognition system.
As we move forward on this path, we anticipate that the positive impacts of this campaign will grow, nurturing a culture that values informal learning, encourages active involvement, and promotes entrepreneurship. This cultural shift is prepared to have a lasting influence, extending far into the future.
At the end, we reflect on these significant events, and we look forward to the continued growth and impact of the Inclusive Evolution 2023 project. The partnerships forged and the lessons learned will undoubtedly contribute to a more inclusive and innovative future.
