Tasting Diversity: Exploring Gastronomy for Inclusion and Healthy Living

project financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union

The consortium of 4 partners is implementing the last main activity of the Youth Accreditation project 2021, a Youth Exchange “Tasting Diversity: Exploring Gastronomy for Inclusion and Healthy Living”, financed by the European Union and developed by Asociatia Babilon Travel in partnership with AzBuki (Serbia), Taekwondo Klub Maksimir (Croatia) and LYDIA KEK Ke.Di.Vi.M.2 (Greece).

The project focus to provide an opportunity for the participants to experience inclusive tools for inclusion, such as gastronomy, outdoor activities, and a healthy lifestyle in a mixed-ability group.

To achieve its objectives, a Youth Exchange is held in Paralia Katerinis, Greece, between May 28–June 03, 2023. The youth exchange will involve the participation of 28 individuals, including 20 young people, 4 youth leaders, 4 accompanying persons, and 1 facilitator.

All the activities are held in the Erasmus+ spirit and are based on non-formal education methods and tools in an inclusive and adapted way, considering the presence of visually impaired/blind participants (study visits, working groups, debriefings, free discussions, workshops, teambuilding exercises, energizers, reflections, presentations etc.).
