In December 2025, youth workers from Romania, Austria, Poland, Serbia, and Hungary came together in Vienna for the study visit Digital Bridges in Youth Work (DiBri). Coordinated by Babilon Travel NGO, this international mobility was designed to explore how digital tools could strengthen youth work and make it more inclusive, accessible, and engaging for all young people.

Throughout the week, participants visited inspiring organizations, took part in interactive workshops, and exchanged experiences on digital methods, online engagement, and inclusive practices. The study visit created a space for learning, reflection, and international cooperation, helping youth workers gain confidence in using technology to better reach young people, especially those with fewer opportunities.

Beyond discovering innovative digital solutions, DiBri also built strong connections between partner organizations, encouraging future collaboration and the sharing of ideas across borders. Participants returned home with fresh inspiration, practical tools, and new perspectives on modern youth work in a digital society.

And the result? Is a collection of good practices and digital tools for inclusive youth work which can be visited below.
