As an outcome of the Accessible Cooking Workshop, Asociatia Babilon Travel, together with the workshop participants from 3 countries (ABT – Romania, MyArtist – Greece and Excel Skopje – North Macedonia), proudly presents the Accessible Cookbook, a practical and inclusive resource created through shared cooking experiences. Based on the participants’ traditional recipes from each country and hands-on learning in the kitchen, the cookbook reflects diverse culinary traditions while promoting independence and accessibility.
To ensure equal access for all, the cookbook is available in standard digital format (available below), but can be accessed also in Braille, and audio versions, making it usable for people with visual impairments and beyond. We invite you to explore the full cookbook below and discover how cooking can become a powerful tool for inclusion, empowerment, and shared learning.
