CREATING & MANAGING A NGO: TC YiA Cluj/Romania 2013

Establishing an NGO was our first TC on which we participated
The TC ran from August 16 to 18, 2013 in Cluj/Romania and had a decisive role in founding Babilon Travel Association.
Priorities of the TC were:

• basic concepts related to the operation of NGOs
• distinction between a foundation and an association
• legal context and the steps needed to start an NGO
• organizational structure related to an NGO
• basic knowledge and skills necessary for organizational management
• various funding opportunities (Youth in Action Programme, etc..).
