Europe of Culture: Study Visit in Republica Moldova

Place and date: Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, May 19-27, 2015 (travel days included).

Participants: 33 youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, project managers, from Romania, Denmark, Georgia, Moldova, Poland, Turkey and Ukraine.

The project “Europe of Culture” is an 8-day study visit in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. The project will give best practices and inspirations on how to promote cultural heritage among young people. The study visit will include visits to local stakeholders who promote cultural heritage among young people, discussions and group work.

Participants profile: In order to participate, the candidates should be above 20 years old and must fulfill the following requirements:
• Be a youth leader, a youth worker or actively involved with cultural heritage;
• Have a good conduct in English;
• Be able to attend the entire study visit;
• Be committed to multiply the results of the project in the local communities.

The application deadline is March 30, 2015. Only complete application forms will be taken into consideration. The selection results will be announced on April 5. Within five days after the results are announced, the selected participants must confirm their participation with a copy of their travel ticket.

The activities will be coordinated through non-formal education methods.

Travel costs, food, accommodation and local transports for activities will be fully covered by the project. There is no participation fee.
