TPM1 – Kick off meeting Cluj-Napoca

project financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union

The consortium of 5 partners starts the international project DIS-Employability, an Erasmus+ Youth KA2 project, financed by the European Union and developed by Asociatia Babilon Travel  in partnership with Mine Vaganti, (Italy), NGO NEST Berlin (Germany), Eduforma (Italy), and Innovation Frontiers IKE (Greece).
The project focus on providing disabled people with useful employability skills through the development of critical thinking for promoting their inclusion in the labor market.
To achieve its objectives, we start with the first Transnational Partner Meeting on 24th of June in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
The participants of the TPM discuss during the one-day activity, topics of project management, results, implementation, dissemination, communication, sustainability, evaluation and monitoring plans. They will decid about the time table of future activities, mid-term evaluations, final evaluation, learning training teaching activities and the schedule of the project results.
During the project the partners will deliver tangible and intangible results during the 24 months of the presents cooperation. The participants involved in project activities will belong to the following categories: trainers who work with disabled young people, disabled persons 18+ coming from disadvantage urban and rural communities and trainers involved in the joint staff mobility, youth education institutions, NGOs, cultural businesses and associations.
