YOUTH ACCREDITATION 2022
Project ref. no. 2022-1-RO01-KA151-YOU-000058259
project financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union
We are pleased to announce the launch of our Youth Accreditation project for 2022, aimed at empowering youth and youth workers to develop valuable skills and knowledge based on fundamental values such as equity, inclusion, healthy living, education through sports, access to culture, democracy, and human rights. This initiative will enable participants to enhance their mobility, promote independent living, and ensure their human rights capacity.
The project comprises three main activities:
- A Youth Exchange in Paralia Katerinis, Greece, where 30 young individuals will have the opportunity to engage in adapted and inclusive outdoor activities and sports workshops, alongside visually impaired participants. This will enable them to learn skills for more independent living, healthy lifestyles, and social inclusion.
- A Study Visit in Kristiansand, Norway, where 25 youth workers will gain a deeper understanding of international democracy through participation in various events dedicated to this topic and social inclusion.
- A Youth Exchange in Apuseni Mountains, Romania, where 30 youngsters will have the opportunity to learn inclusive sports from certified para-sports trainers.
All activities, including study visit and youth exchanges, will be conducted using the methodology of non-formal education in an inclusive and adapted manner, taking into consideration the presence of visually impaired or blind participants.
