The applicants should be:
- Citizens or legal residents of Romania;
- Age 50+;
- Having an active lifestyle;
- Ready to share their personal experience;
- Ready to attend all the activities of the project (weekly swimming, fitness and mindfulness sessions and 3 trans- national meetings in Romania, Italy and Slovenia;
- Willing to disseminate the results among their friends and family, and on their social media pages.
