Young people from Romania, Armenia, Georgia, Greece and Belgium will gather in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia, this October for the international youth exchange “Digital well-being”, taking place between 22–30.10.2026, including travel days. The exchange will bring together 40 participants, including typical young participants aged 18-30, young people with fewer opportunities and sensory impairments aged 18-30, 5 youth leaders, 3 accompanying persons, and 2 facilitators, who will work to support young people in overcoming social media dependency by promoting healthier digital habits, encouraging digital detox practices, and developing peer-led emotional support mechanisms for managing internet addiction.
