Youth workers from Romania, Hungary, Serbia, Poland and Latvia will gather in Rezekne, Latvia, this September for the international training course “Quality and Recognition of Youth Work”. The event will take place between 17-21.09.2026, excluding travel days. The training will bring together 20 youth workers connected to their sending organization, including participants with and without fewer opportunities. The initiative aims to empower youth workers to enhance the quality of their inclusive practices and strengthen the strategic recognition of youth work across Europe. The project seeks to boost the impact of youth work as a relevant, effective, and professional field capable of supporting diverse young people, including those with physical impairments or facing fewer opportunities.
